Wow – you’ve got to see this. Take 4:12 minutes of your day today and check this out. I understand the psychology behind the concept of losing weight (and keeping it off), and how food can be a psychological addiction. But sometimes we’re fighting other “battles” that we’re not aware of – like what’s IN our foods and drinks and how that affects our brain chemistry. This has good research information about diet drinks and how they can make us GAIN WEIGHT – what the heck is that about!!
