Sometimes in life you find that you just need a little help with getting started or staying on a weight loss plan, but you don’t always have the time to set aside for a specific class or to attend on-going sessions because of your obligations, responsibilities or priorities.

At Thinking Thin Lifestyle we are trying something new to make it easier for you to work on your weight loss goals.

Weight Loss Coaching packages are now available and more convenient for you.

There is a psychology to creating permanent change. Before jumping into a food plan, you will be taught some fundamental steps in order to build on the foundation for success with every food plan you choose for the rest of your life.

Weight Loss Coaching at Thinking Thin Lifestyle will help you look at weight loss from a different perspective – when you change your thinking, you change behaviors!

However, I stop short of saying “…it’s just that simple…” because very often it’s not, and that is where Weight Loss Coaching can help you keep on the right track.

Weight Loss Coaching will:

  • Help you establish both short and long term goals
  • Set your action plan
  • Monitor progress with goal attainment
  • Assist you in developing strategies for better results
  • Motivate you for continued lifestyle changes

Together you and your Weight Loss Coach will create a plan that works for your lifestyle and leads to you reaching your goal. You will also have a variety of tools available to you to track your exercise progress and measure your success!

Weight Loss Coaching will begin to help you identify and learn about obstacles that you encounter when trying to reach your goals, then to develop a plan to overcome those obstacles.

All along the way your coach supports, encourages, challenges and motivates you to…

  • build your self-esteem
  • develop a relationship with yourself
  • establish new behavioral habits

Do you need structure to help you make permanent changes? Then let me help. Sometimes you just need a real live person to talk and walk you through this weight loss journey that you’re on.

Coaching Costs:

$125.00 per session

Evening and weekend appointments are available.

Coaching appointments are done via phone for 50 minute sessions. If in the West Michigan area, office appointments are also available.

Once payment is made to PayPal, you will receive an email from me within 24 hours to set up your first appointment and to get you going in the right healthy direction! I look forward to working with you.
